  • Sleep Cycle is a paid, improved version of the Good Morning program. The advantage of Sleep Cycle is the presence of synchronization with smart Phillips Hue lamps and the ability to create notes and an extended set of melodies.
  • Quiz Alarm is designed in the form of a puzzle that will not allow you to easily select a repeat after a while. To do this, you need to solve arithmetic problems or correctly answer the question on geometry. The functional offers 3 difficulty levels, so even an intellectual will wake up in order to turn off the ringtone.

General alarm clock on iPhone

Every owner of an apple device should know where the alarm is located on his device. To find it, you need to go into the system application "Clock" and select the "Alarm" section.

Step 2. Select the desired activation time. In our case, it is 9 hours.

Step 3. Go to the “Repeat” section and set the days on which the alarm should go off. In our case, you need to select all days.

Step 4. Additionally, you can specify the name of the alarm by writing anything there. You can also select your favorite song by the sound of the alarm or simply select any system sound you like. At the end, you just need to click the "Save" button, which is located in the upper right corner.

Alarm activation once every 6 hours

The easiest option is to set a one-time alarm for a certain time.

Step 1. Go to the alarm creation mode.

Step 2. Set the desired alarm activation time. For our case it is 6 o’clock in the morning.

Step 3. Specify additional settings, if necessary, and click the "Save" button, which is located in the upper right corner of the screen.

Activation of the alarm from Monday to Friday at 9 o’clock

If you need to activate the alarm at a certain time only on business days, you need to do one more small algorithm.

Step 1. Go to the alarm creation mode.

Step 2. Set the alarm activation time to 9 hours.

Step 3. Go to the “Repeat” section to select the days for activating the alarm. For our case, we need to select all days from Monday to Friday.

Step 4. We make the installation of all the necessary additional settings, and click the "Save" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Sleep Mode Setting

The smart "Sleep Mode", which appeared in iOS 10 in September 2016, is located in the "Clock" system application in a separate tab, which is also called - Sleep Mode. Going into it, you need to move the slider to activate.

On the main page you need to specify the amount of time that you want to sleep every day, as well as the time of lights out and wake up. This is done by simply moving the icons on the tabloid of the watch. Let's set, for example, the following interval:

How to disable the alarm?
